Predicting future locations

Hello, like lots of people I am looking forward to the new release of Farseer.

I am busy working away on other aspects of my game in preperation for integrating it.

I just wondered if you could tell me if the following should be possible.

In my game I need the capability to say where a unit will be in x milliseconds (ignoring collisions).
(this is used by the AI to evaluate moves, and to show the player where their current orders will place a unit).

I just wondered if there would be any issues implementing this.

My first thought would be to simply look at the bodies velocity and just use velocity = distance X Time to figure it out. This assumes no collision. Not sure if that will work for your situation or not.

Cheers crashlander, the units in my game are boats, so each turn they will be turning a set amount and their motion is affected by the angle of the wind.
(so it will change as they move)
