FP3 Air resistance?

I have noticed that when I add objects to my world they achieve their maximum speed under the effect of gravity quite quickly.  Im trying to make objects react differently depending on how much force they recieve but at the moment I only have to drop them from a low height to make them recieve the same force as if they had been dropped from a large height.  Is there a way of adding some sort of air resistance dynamic to my World.

You can either use Damping(Body.LinearDamping and Body.AngularDamping) or a FrictionJoint, just see which one looks best to you.

What both methods do is slow the body down by a certain percentage each step, unfortunately I can't really explain the differences to you.
