Large polygon as the 'world'

Is it possible to draw a large polygon with multiple sides in Blend, and have it be the 'world' or terain?

In my game I have a "shaped wall" object which I basically draw as a line path in silverlight and import the vertex data into a Vertices structure. The only thing you have to look out for is the fact that it might be concave so you must run some decomposition on it before importing it into the engine. In general I think it's recommended that your geometry objects aren't too big, so hopefully the decomposition process will cut it into enough smaller geometries to make it work ok for your purposes.

Can you point me to some examples of adding Vertices to the simulation at runtime?
