Calculate rotation change before applying angular impulse

How can I calculate how far a body will be rotated if I apply an angular impulse of value X before I apply that angular impulse

Do you mean what will be the angle after a period of time after aplying the angular impulse? The applied impulse if I remember right is the delta angle the object rotates in one second. So if you want to know the new angle after 5 seconds, just multiply the angular impulse value by 5.

So multiplying the value of the potentially applied impulse X by the time after applying the impulse T should tell me how far an object will rotate after T seconds based on that impulse? I assume this value is in radians?

Yes, it's in radians. And remember to multiply the time in seconds.
