Not really sure what you mean. Your saying that in your Silverlight program your using Farseer and it's using 60% of the CPU? It is a highly complex physics engine, how much did you think it would use?

After i have run your demo on my side, the CPU usage is always over than 60%. I want to know have any solutions can improve the performance in App?

The CPU usage depends on how many bodies you are simulating at the same time and how many of them are colliding. You need to give more info on what exactly you are trying to accomplish. What are you simulating and what version of the engine are you using?
