lib for xna very slow!!

Why do you think the demo xna are very slow and instead they are very quick demo silverlight? What can I try?

I guess by slow you mean slow movement. It is all about what frequency you are running the physics engine at and what timestep you give it.

I did some tests and I realized that I have 60 frames with silverlight.

xna with debugging in Visual Studio I have 3 frames. if you compile and run exe xna all ok! 60 frames! the problem is when I'm in debug! why?

What version of the engine are you running? What sample are you running?

I've never experienced that running with debugger attached have such a huge influence. Either you have an old computer or something is wrong in your setup.

I solved it! the problem was IntelliTrace. (I'm trying Visual Studio 2010 ultimate) when I disable IntelliTrace, everything runs at 60 frames. thanks for your time
