XNA and WP7 project

I've seen, in the download page, that there are different versions of the engine for the different platforms (XNA, Xbox360, WP7). I've seen the same in the HelloWorld project, where there are three different solutions.

If I make a game for XNA and WP7 that use the engine, I must take separated the two solutions? Because, at the moment, I've started with an XNA project and I've created a copy for WP7 in the same solution.

There is no problem in converting the XNA project to WP7 (or the other way around) yourself. It only contains both versions as creating a WP7 project from a XNA project will require you to manually add a reference to Windows.Phone.dll for the Stopwatch class.
