Get Normal/Tangent @ Poly - Circle

How to get polygon normal/tangent at poly - sphere collision point? Also i would like to be able to threat poly as ground system and circle as character who moves on that poly ("platformer") but i cant get it to work cuz circle bounces and slides... And maybe its stupid question but what CollisionGridCellSize is for in CreatePolygonGeom? Thanks a lot for help :)
