Random Jitter/Brownian motion?

Hi, I am experimenting with various gameplay options with the farseer physics engine, and one of the problems I have is the random jitter between the objects stacked upon one another. Over time, whatever structures I build made out of rectangles or smaller shapes slowly morph and falls apart, usually doesn't matter how stable i try to make them.

I am not sure about the solutions to this problem. I could disable physics for whatever objects are not moving fast enough, but I am not sure of an easy way to do this, and I think that might cause more problems. Is there anyway to do this, allowing for stable structures?

I believe that reducing the coefficients of restitution of these bodies would help. That would make the bodies absorb more of the impact force of the colliding stacked bodies.

Also check the mass of your objects. If you put real heavy object on top of light objects the engine can become unstanble.
