Revolute Joint problem

Hello guys!  I hope everyone had a good weekend.  :)

Anyway, I have a revolute problem that I'm seeing in my game:

As you can see, my left flipper has some jitteriness when it's resting and my right flipper has it when it's active. Here's the following code I use to create my flipper and activate it:

A constant torque value is set when the flipper is resting or active.  I know there's probably a better way of doing things so if anyone can assist me with this problem.  I would greatly appreciate it!  Thanks!

It kind of looks like it is colliding with something and being pushed out then back again. It seems not all collision shapes are being rendered there (?), so it's hard to say.

Try disabling all collision on the flipper to eliminate that as a possibility. Divide the problem and you will conquer it!
