Edge and Polygon Contact error

Body body= BodyFactory.CreateEdge(this.World, new Vector2(1, 1), new Vector2(9, 1));
body.Rotation = MathHelper.Pi / 6;
If I write code like this. When any polygon shape contacts edge an error occurs. There is same error on Box2D.XNA. But there is no problem on c++ library
Please solve this problem.
