Simulation end and reset

I am writing a simple billiard-like game using Farseer (see Bagatello). It is a turn based game and I am using ApplyImpulse to get the cue ball rolling. It bounces off the edges and collides with other balls just fine. The thing is that I would like to know when the simulation is complete so that I can switch the turn to the next player. What is the best way to determine whether the simulation is complete? Is there a way to reset all bodies to a equilibrium state when the next player starts?
