How to transform fixtures?

Hey everyone. I have a 2d skeletal animation system with bones, and I was wondering how I would create a rectangle fixture, and transform this rectangle to the exact size and orientation of the bone. MY bone class can get the matrix's that are affecting it, but how do I apply these

matrices to the fixture? I am creating a fixture like this.

  fixture = FixtureFactory.AttachRectangle(32, 32, 1, new Vector2(-20f, -6f), body);

You need to Decompose the matrix and apply those values to the fixture.
