Applying a texture to a polgygon

I am using the farseer physics and I was wondering if there is such a way to apply a texture to a polygon I define using an array of vertices?

 

I have a range of hills generated using a quadratic curve and I want to apply a texture to everything beneath the terrain. Any idea how I would go about this?
