Collide methods of PhysicsSimulator

In silverlight version 1.0.0.5, the Collide methods of PhysicsSimulator do not check if a geom is in geomRemoveList. Should this check be added? For example:

                if (!geomRemoveList.Contains(geometry) && geometry.Collide(point))
                {
                    return geometry;
                }
