Static Rotation

Is there a way I can make lets say a cube, that has physics, but doesnt ever rotate?

Set the rotation every round...

Object.SetRotation(MathHelper.ToRadians(0))

That was a BlitzMax example btw

your best bet would be to simply change the code as I did so you have an extra flag which is "EnableRotationalCollisionResponse" and if this flag is set to false there is no rotational collision response applied to the object; thus the rotation will never changed unless changed outside the simulator.
