Issue with Joints

Hi guys, I've been playing around with Joints and am having issues keeping the distance at the joint of the 2 objects a steady value(seems like it has a spring).  For instance, if i have 2 objects and join them together with a RevoluteJoint.  What I'm trying to do is move Object A's position(not with ApplyForce, but just by simply setting its postion to a new value) but object B seems to tween its way over to where the anchor for the joint is from moving Object A.  Any ideas how to avoid this?
