'Shaky' physics in platformer

Hi

I'm trying to create a platformer/maze -like game. Where the world is created by many small boxes that the user can destory;

###################
########____#########
#####_________#########
############## #####

_ = Empty space.

The problem is that I want some of the boxes to fall down if the box beneath it is destroyed. So the player can destroy boxes so they fall down on enemies etc. But when a box is falling down it shakes like crazy. To better explain my problem, here is a video

The boxes should fit perfectly with each other.

It's because the friction. Set the friction of the boxes to 0 and see what happens.

Also, if your game doesn't need realistic physics, why do you use realistic physics?

Maybe you're using things you don't actually need.
