Hi does anyone know where I can the coefficients for different materials (ie Wood, Steel, Glass)? I have been searching everywhere but all I could find was the coefficients between 2 different materials(eg Wood-Steel , Steel-Ice etc).

Do you think Id be able to extract a single value from this?

Are you talking about the friction coefficient?
You need 2 materials to have friction. Some of the frictions can be found here:

You might be better off trying to determine the most realistic friction for such objects by yourself. Try creating a simple demo where you can increase the friction of an object on the fly. The throw it around a little and see if it behaves like the material you want.
