Farseer QuadTree using Overloaded World Constructor

My maps are split up into "Areas". Each Area has its own entity list, terrain, bounds, lights, etc.. Now my issue is I'm not sure how to handle the size of the AABB that I pass to the constructor of World. If I have a big Area, then go into a small area, or vise versa, will I have to worry about this change in size? Should I just set it to the biggest size I will ever come across? Is there a way to change the bounds of the QuadTree after its initialized in the World instance? WIll changing the size cause any additional issues?
