Using a polygon from a texture correctly.

Hello, I'm new to Farseer.
I'm using the example from here: https://farseerphysics.codeplex.com/discussions/261926
(3rd last post,polygon example).

I have this texture:

It's just a test, was done in paint.
I'm creating it as a breakable body atm and it works all fine.
But for some reason it's mirrored and I don't know how to get the original texture right on it.
This is how it looks like:

On the alphabet in the example it's done like this:

_ fixture.UserData = new TexturedFixture(texture, poly.Vertices, new Vector2(-3, -3), new Vector2(3, 3));__

But how do I calculate these Vectors which align the texture on the polygon? And how do I mirror the verticles?

Can someone help me?

In addition, is there a way how to cut a breakable body or a compound polygon?
Cutting them deletes all connected fixtures!
