How to rotate bodies around a point differentiate to the bodies center

i have a couple of quads and triangles which i welded together to a combined form. Now when i start my game, i would like to set the initial rotation of the form lets say to 23 degree. How is that done? What i am asking for is to rotate a body around a specific point (the center of the combined form) instead of the center of the body itself. I don't want to use compound shapes or breakable bodies.
