Circle inside a circle issue

Is there a way to use the inside surface of a circle as the collision surface? I want to have a small ball inside a large globe bouncing and rolling around.

It is possible to create a circle with a hole in it out of one geometry. BUT, I do not recommend it.

This is mainly because of performance and the way the engine works. Instead, you should create a lot of smaller arches and put them together to form a single geometry. Put all of them in a collisiongroup so that the don't collide with each other.
