Texture To Vertices Bug

When you create circular textures (or ones with rounded edges for that matter) via TTV a vertex is missing. See this for details.

It's a bit hard to detect the vertices at the end of the bitmap. I hope this is enough, if not then I've got another function that could be called at the end of the search to simply add a vertex to the most outstanding pixel on the bitmap hull between the end and the beginning of the polygon.

... but I think this shouldn't be necessary :).
