scaling vertices for polygon body

i am importing a map from a map editor which i made, and i would like to know
how can i scale the vertices from a polygon body before calling  the createPolygonBody() method.
My objective is to reduce the size of the texture  ( or on the 1d array data ) by my scale value,
so when i create a polygon it will find the vertices on my transformed texture data.

You can scale vertices using the Vertices.Scale() method.

my bad, i think i forgot to look at vertices' methods :(
