Rotation with AngularVelocity in other direction?

Rotation with Farseer in two directions and slow down rotation automatic (XNA):

 

if (state.ThumbSticks.Right.X != 0f)
{
   boxBody2.ApplyAngularImpulse(state.ThumbSticks.Right.X * 10);
}

if (boxBody2.AngularVelocity > 0.005f || boxBody2.AngularVelocity < -0.005f)
{
   boxBody2.AngularVelocity = boxBody2.AngularVelocity * 0.99f;
}
else
{
   boxBody2.AngularVelocity = 0;
}
