Hi, i'am writting a file loader for the rube editor: https://www.iforce2d.net/rube, and everything can be exported very well, but the wheel joint has a _localXAxisA and the variable is private, so i made the public property for this variable. Thanks for your attention.

Changed Vertices.CheckPolygon() to return a PolygonError for future compatability. Removed sanity checks from all triangulators and moved them into Triangulate Added asserts into each triangulation algorithm that checks if the polygon is valid Triangulator is a new class that does all the work of validating inputs and sanatizing outputs.
