Hello, I have finally gotten round to integrating Farseer into my project, and I am having great fun with it :)

I just wanted to ask a couple of questions to get me off on the right foot.

(Bearing in mind I am making a game with sail boats)

1.) rotationalDragCoefficient - in my brief dabbling I am setting this very high (>1000) is that ok?

2.) The way I am ensuring that the boat tends towards fwd motion as opposed to sideways, is setting the linearDragCefficient quite high (and then using quite a string force in the direction the boat is heading). Does that seem reasonable?

Thanks very much for this, the only downside of Farseer is that now I am tempted to drop my existing project and start playing around with new physicsy ones!

1. If it looks ok, then yes. I assume you have some pretty high mass set for you boats?

2.) Again, if it looks and feels good then it is fine. What you describe seems plausible physically.

Your welcome and glad you are having fun. I'm also having fun with the engine now that i can use it rather than develop it.

Ah, mass, I hadn't actually played with that yet...
