FixedAngleJoint in FP3?

I'm using a FixedAngleJoint in FP2.1 to have the character constantly rotate towards the mouse.

I can't find an equivalent in FP3.0. Have I missed something?

You can use the FixedRevoluteJoint. It has upper and lower limits.

I tried that, but that also anchors the body in world space. I want the body to be able to move freely, but always rotate towards the cursor.

I worked around it by simply applying impulses in a similar manner to the FP2.1 AngleJoint. But it feels like functionality removed...
