Geometry and Body not in the same place for static objects

Hi All,
I have been facing a problem where the body and geometry do not lie at the same position.
I set the body.Position as the world coordinate.
The geometry vertices are the local Vertices with center(0,0) being set while creating the geometry with GeomFactory.Instance.CreatePolygonGeom

For non static objects the geometry is where the body is but for static ones the geomtry position is at (0,0)

What could be the reason? What all changes have to be done?
