Farseer on XBOX

I just deployed the Advanced Samples for v2.13 on XBOX 360. Some of them (with many objects and collisions) run at 2 fps. Am I missing something here? I did not add any changes to the samples or the engine besides creating an XBOX copy of the samples.

On the Xbox 360 it is very important to run the samples without the debugger. It also helps to change to a semi-variable timestep. But that is a fairly major change.

how do I change to a semi-variable timestep? Is there an easy way to do it?
