Creating a Body without adding it to the World in FP3

Is there a way to create a body in FP3 without adding it to the world? BodyFactory no longer has a method to create a body not connected to the World, like it did in FP2. Is this a feature that is supposed to be added, or is it missing by design? And if it is by design, should I instead set Body.Active to false by default? Or should I use Body.Awake?

Bodies are very tightly coupled with the World object in FPE3. The new way of doing it is to create the body and then disable it. A disabled body has little to no overhead in the engine. If you use Body.Awake, it will be active in the world and participate in collisions if something comes near it.
