2d Adventure Terrain Like Super Mario

hey guys, i need serious help.

   I want to create a  2d Adventure Terrain Like Super Mario with XNA  using the underlying farseer physics engine.But the Physics Helper is for Expression Blend and Silverlight.

With the Physics Helper,I can edit the Terrain conveniently. So What should I do if I just want to  build the Terrain with Physics Helper  and  use it with XNA.

If not using Physics Helper ,how can I build and edit the Terrain conveniently. What about reading .xml file which include the Terrian Infomation ?

There is a tool called Gleed2D(gleed2d.codeplex.com) which does exactly what you want. It saves the levels as XML files and comes with a class for importing them into your game with Farsser.

But I recommend you using one of the forks (http://gleed2d.codeplex.com/SourceControl/network) which is updated to work with FPE 3.3.1 and XNA 4.0 instead of FPE 2.1 and XNA 3.1. I think I used the one from serioussam909, but document yourself about the other ones and choose the best yourself.
