Can I do a zooming property in my game...

just like the one in autocad,

where it will zoom in and out whem mousewheel moves and to the mouse pointer position.

Not really a Farseer Physics related question - I'll answer it anyway.

To zoom in XNA, you can use the transformation matrix given to the SpriteBatch.Begin() method. A more detailed explanation can be found here.
