Gravity Controller?

circleBody = BodyFactory.Instance.CreateCircleBody(physicsSimulator, 150, 1);
            circleGeom = GeomFactory.Instance.CreateCircleGeom(physicsSimulator,circleBody, 150, 8);
            circleBody.IsStatic = true;
            circleBody.Position = new Vector2(800, 300);

gravityTest = new GravityController(physicsSimulator, new List<Body> { circleBody }, float.MaxValue, float.MaxValue);

Shouldn't the above code attract pretty much any body nearby to it?

I have another body instance, and it doesn't seem effected at all by this gravity controller, am I doing something wrong here?( I know the paramater values are exaggerated, I was trying to make sure it's not just out of range)
